SEO, otherwise known as search engine optimization is critical to the success of every single website. Whether you’re running an article site, trying to get people to use your services or selling products online, if people can’t find your website, then they’re never going to know what you can do for them.
It’s important that as soon as you decided to get yourself a website, that you start to learn the basics of seo. There are many books available on the topic, but you can also access some great information online and it’s often free. Take for example, my own website, SEOStream.co.uk. Although it’s still pretty much in the very early stages of development, all the information is written or recorded by experts in the field of seo. When I was trying to learn about seo for my other website, BreastfeedingMums.com, information like this was vital. Although I also purchased many books on the subject, online information was a great starting point for me.
Learning about SEO instantly gives you the edge over your competitors who often know little or nothing at all about it. So, stick with me on my journey, and you and I will share our tips for seo success and get found on Google quickly!

I really enjoy what you blog about here, very fresh and intelligent. One problem though, I’m running Firefox on Fedora and parts of your site structure are a little off. I realize it’s not a popular setup, but it’s still something to watch out for. Just giving you a heads up.

Thanks for letting me know about that, Albertha. This is my first time using WordPress and I’m finding it a little temperamental! I’ll maybe have a look at another theme and see what I can do. I appreciate your help though.
